At the annual meeting held earlier this evening, the Association was unable to achieve a quorum as required by the CC&R’s to consider the special assessment proposed. Under the provisions of the CC&R’s, a 2nd meeting will be called within thirty (30) days. The date for this meeting will be set by the Board of Directors at a meeting to be scheduled.
