At this meeting, consideration of a special assessment will be discussion and voted on.
The vote to approve the contractor and call for a special assessment was approved on October 18, 2022 by board members present: Dan Peril, James Nunn & Jothi Venkatesan (Salman Anwar was absent for this meeting).
