Following the 2021 Texas Legislative session, a number of changes were made to the Texas Property Code that governs HOAs. As a result of this, a number of policies were required to be updated, and in some cases, authority was provided to adopt new policies.
At the HOA Board meeting on November 16, 2021, the following policies were adopted. These policies will be filed with the Collin County Clerk at which point they will be incorporated into our governing documents. A copy of the policies are included below for information.
