Spectrum Association Management has been engaged to provide community property management services for Sorano Frisco from May 1, 2016.
Spectrum does things a little differently to our previous property manager, and we have a community manager (whose role is to work with the board and community in general), an ACC Coordinator (whose role is to manage all ACC requests for our community) and a Site Drive Manager (whose role is to conduct inspections of our community for compliance of our governing documents).
