RE: Annual Meeting Notice for Sorano Frisco Association Inc.
Dear Owner:
The Annual Meeting for Sorano Frisco Association, Inc. will be on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Independence High School in the cafeteria located at 10555 Independence Pkwy, Frisco TX 75035. Registration will begin at 6:45 p.m. and the meeting will be called to order at 7:00 p.m.
The order of business will be:
- Call meeting to order
- Proof of Notice of Meeting
- Election of Board of Director(s) IV. Report of Officers
- Old Business
- New Business
- Adjournment
Homeowners will be electing one homeowner representative to the Board of Directors. If you are interested in running for the Board of Directors, please complete the Nomination Form enclosed and return it to Singer Association Management office by Monday, November 9th.
All homeowners are encouraged to attend, either in person or by proxy. If you are unable to attend, to ensure quorum is met, please complete the enclosed Proxy Form and return it prior to the meeting date.
