After review of the RFP’s received by the Sorano HOA Board, Associa (Principal Management Group of North Texas) has been selected as our new Property Manager. Associa will take on the responsibility of our community on February 1, 2019. Over the next month or so, Associa will work with Spectrum Association Management to transition our records.
As a reminder to all homeowners, the Board resolved to delay the issue and collection of HOA Assessments until February 2019. This notice will come from Associa. Please do not pay your assessments until you receive this notice, to avoid any issues with our transition.
